From Broken Glass to a Finished Refurbished Display
An optical bonding machine is one part of the process. Stable results depend on preparation, tooling, lamination, bubble removal and final inspection working together.
Screen Assessment
Confirm panel type, size, curvature, damage condition and whether the display and touch functions are still usable.
Glass Separation
Remove damaged cover glass with suitable separation equipment while protecting the functional LCD or OLED panel.
Adhesive Cleaning
Remove residual adhesive and contaminants. Dust control at this stage directly affects the final bonding result.
OCA Alignment
Apply and align the optically clear adhesive or prepared cover glass according to the screen structure and tooling.
Vacuum Lamination
Use controlled vacuum, temperature and pressure to bond the layers evenly and reduce trapped air.
Debubble & QC
