The 9TU-D030 is a single-station OCA vacuum laminating machine engineered for mid-to-large industrial display bonding.

Inside the sealed vacuum cylinder, the inner membrane descends under controlled pneumatic pressure to bring the two display layers into complete, uniform contact. The -100 kPa vacuum limit removes virtually all air from the interface before bonding begins, producing a fully laminated stack with no air gap, no internal reflections, and no residual bubbles — the standard required for industrial, automotive, and HMI display assemblies.
Compared to the 16-inch 9TU-D029 model, the 9TU-D030 adds dual pressure gauges, a back-pressure regulating valve, an explicit vacuum-level specification (-100 kPa), maximum temperature rating (100 °C), and bonding height clearance (30 mm) — making it the preferred choice for thicker display stacks and assemblies with integrated frames or brackets.
Key Features

100 kPa Deep Vacuum — Maximum Air Removal The vacuum chamber achieves -100 kPa, eliminating virtually all air between the display layers before the bonding press begins. This deep vacuum prevents double-layer reflections and blocks dust or moisture from entering the laminated stack — a baseline requirement for any optical bonding application in display manufacturing.

100 °C Constant-Temperature Top Heating The built-in top-heating system reaches up to 100 °C with PLC-controlled temperature regulation. Uniform heat distribution across the full 450 × 300 mm bonding surface ensures consistent OCA adhesive activation, reducing the risk of cold spots, uneven curing, or partial delamination.

Dual Pressure Gauges — Enhanced Process Monitoring Unlike single-gauge configurations, the 9TU-D030 equips both a positive-pressure and a back-pressure SMC digital gauge. Operators monitor both the bonding press pressure and the release-pressure phase independently, providing a backup verification channel and finer control over the full press-and-release cycle.

30 mm Bonding Height Clearance The lower mold cavity accommodates assemblies up to 30 mm in height, supporting display stacks with full backlight modules, structural frames, or integrated mounting brackets — common in industrial HMI panels and in-vehicle display modules.

PLC Control System — Stable, Repeatable Production The PLC-based control architecture ensures cycle-to-cycle process repeatability. Parameter memory stores multiple product recipes, allowing rapid changeover between display sizes or adhesive types without manual re-calibration — directly enabling mixed-model production.

Bilingual 4.3-Inch Touchscreen Interface Chinese/English dual-language interface. All process parameters — vacuum time, press time, pressure setpoint, heating temperature, decompression duration — are visible and adjustable on-screen, simplifying operator training and reducing setup errors.

10–15 Second Adjustable Cycle Time Configurable bonding cycle of 10 to 15 seconds per piece sustains production line throughput without creating a process bottleneck, even at the larger 21-inch format.

Dual-Button Safety Start + Emergency Stop Anti-accidental-start dual-button triggering and a dedicated emergency stop button meet standard industrial machinery safety requirements.
Why Choose Us

This machine is suitable for the following industrial display lamination workflows:
Bonding Type Stack Combination Adhesive
Glass-to-Glass (G+G) Cover glass + Glass sensor / touch panel OCA film or OCR liquid
Glass-to-Film (G+F) Cover glass + Film-based touch sensor OCA film
Touch panel + Display module TP + LCD / LCM module OCA film
Polarizer lamination Polarizer + LCD panel OCA or dry process
Industrial HMI panel assembly Cover lens + capacitive TP OCA / SCA
In-vehicle display modules Cover glass + display, up to 21″ OCA / SCA
Large-format display bonding Up to 450×300 mm panel stacks OCA / SCA / OCR
Supported panel geometries: Standard rectangular displays. Panels with irregular cutouts or curved surfaces require dedicated tooling — please consult our engineering team.
Three-Station Lamination Process Context
For display manufacturers running a complete OCA full-lamination line, this machine operates as the vacuum bonding station — the second of three core process steps:
Step 1 — LAMINATING / FILM APPLICATION
Apply OCA film or protective film to the cover glass surface.
(Laminating machine / film applicator)
Step 2 — VACUUM BONDING ← THIS MACHINE (9TU-D030)
Bond the cover glass and display/touch panel assembly inside a
vacuum chamber at -100 kPa, under controlled pressure and temperature.
Step 3 — AUTOCLAVE / DEBUBBLING
Eliminate residual micro-bubbles in a high-pressure autoclave to
achieve final optical clarity and bond strength.
(Autoclave debubbling machine)
All three stations are available from our product line and can be configured as a matched lamination system for your production volume and panel size range.
