The 9TU-M068S is a compact-footprint, high-force SCA/OCA vacuum laminating machine designed for mid-to-large industrial display bonding.

Despite its compact form, the 9TU-M068S retains the full industrial specification of its larger sibling: AirTac cylinder with back-pressure regulation, Japan Omron independent upper and lower platen heating (±2 °C uniformity), SMC triple-gauge monitoring of positive pressure, back pressure, and vacuum, Hiwin precision linear guide rails, and a password-protected PLC touchscreen parameter system.
The vacuum-first process sequence evacuates the sealed chamber to approximately -98 kPa in about 13 seconds — two seconds faster than the full-size 9TU-M068 — before the cylinder descends to apply up to 6,000 N of controlled press force. A dedicated vacuum pump maintenance reminder system tracks oil-change intervals, reducing unplanned downtime in continuous-production environments.
Key Features

98 kPa Vacuum in ~13 Seconds — Faster Air Removal The sealed chamber reaches approximately -98 kPa in about 13 seconds — marginally faster than the larger 9TU-M068 due to the smaller chamber volume. The SMC digital negative-pressure gauge monitors vacuum in real time, with automatic alarm if the set level is not reached before pressing begins, blocking defective cycles before they occur.

Japan Omron Dual-Zone Heating — ±2 °C Uniformity up to 99 °C Upper and lower platens heat independently under Japan Omron thermostat control. The 550 × 380 mm bonding surface reaches 80 °C in approximately 12 minutes (vs. ~15 min on the full-size M068), with ±2 °C temperature uniformity ensuring consistent OCA or SCA adhesive activation across the entire bonding area. Temperature range is room temperature to 99 °C (adjustable; customisation available).

AirTac Precision Cylinder + Back-Pressure Regulation — Up to 6,000 N The AirTac customised cylinder delivers up to approximately 6,000 N maximum pressing force — identical to the full-size 9TU-M068. The back-pressure regulating valve provides counter-force control as the cylinder descends, ensuring a smooth, balanced press that prevents sudden impact on sensitive display components and distributes pressure uniformly across the full platform area.

Triple SMC Gauge Monitoring (Positive / Back / Negative Pressure) Three independent SMC digital display gauges give operators simultaneous visibility of positive press pressure, back pressure, and chamber vacuum throughout every cycle. This complete process monitoring architecture supports quality records, process optimisation, and rapid fault diagnosis on the production floor.

Hiwin Linear Guide Rails — Precise Platen Travel The press platen runs on Hiwin precision linear guide rails, ensuring straight, wobble-free descent for uniform pressure distribution across the full 550 × 380 mm bonding surface on every cycle.

40 mm Bonding Height Clearance The 40 mm clearance between the laminating platform and the fitting frame accommodates display assemblies including backlight modules, framed industrial panels, and multi-layer stacks typical of industrial HMI and in-vehicle display modules.

Automatic Platform In/Out — 760 mm Ergonomic Work Height The laminating platform extends and retracts automatically under PLC control, presenting the workpiece at 760 mm from the floor — a standing-work ergonomic height reducing operator loading fatigue during extended production shifts.

Built-in Vacuum Pump Maintenance Reminder The PLC parameter system includes a configurable vacuum pump oil-change interval counter. When the set production count is reached, the system triggers a maintenance reminder alarm. After completing the oil change, the operator confirms via the touchscreen to reset the counter — a proactive maintenance feature not common on smaller bench-top machines.

4.3-Inch PLC Touchscreen — Bilingual, Password-Protected The 4.3-inch colour touchscreen interface (Chinese/English switchable) provides access to all process parameters: vacuum time, aerate (press) time, decompression time, upper/lower temperature settings, maintenance reminder interval, and single/double button start mode. Administrator password (9595) protects parameter settings from unauthorised changes in multi-shift environments.

Complete Safety Architecture Emergency stop button (immediate full-stop), buzzer alarm, leakage protection switch (CHINT automatic tripping), dual-button start interlock, and optional safety grating (touch alarm, non-standard optional) — meeting standard industrial machinery safety requirements
