The machine is designed for post-lamination defoaming after OCA (optically clear adhesive) and SCA (super clear adhesive) bonding. The machine uses a XINJE PLC with touchscreen interface to set and monitor process time, temperature, and pressure. Once parameters are entered and the door is secured, the system runs automatically (Auto Running) and stops at the end of the programmed cycle (Auto Stop). Multi-Stage Parameter Setting allows different pressure and temperature profiles within a single cycle — useful for products that require a ramp-up phase before the hold stage. Validated recipes for different panel families can be stored and recalled, which is the basis of a reproducible production process.
Q4. What makes the 4-layer door safety system important?
The door on a pressure vessel operating at production scale must be positively confirmed closed before pressurization — not assumed closed. This machine combines four independent mechanisms: a safety pin (physical interlock), a door detection sensor (electronic confirmation), a mechanical locking structure (structural engagement), and a rotary locking wheel (circumferential seal). All four must be engaged before the cycle can begin. This prevents pressurized operation with an incompletely sealed door regardless of which step an operator might miss.
