Full Stainless Steel Construction
The stainless steel finish on this machine is not cosmetic. Every interior surface — chamber wall, door face, internal tray supports — is stainless steel, chosen for three production-relevant reasons:
Corrosion resistance. Defoaming cycles involve elevated temperature and pressure in a sealed environment. Stainless steel maintains dimensional stability and surface integrity under repeated cycling where coated or painted surfaces eventually degrade.
Cleanability. A stainless interior can be wiped down between product families or after adhesive contact without damaging the surface or introducing contamination from degraded coating.
Long-term cycle consistency. A chamber that does not deform or corrode maintains the same pressure response over thousands of cycles. That predictability is what allows your validated parameters to stay valid.

The analog pressure gauge on the front panel provides a live mechanical backup reference independent of the digital system.
