The 9TU-D029 is a single-station OCA vacuum laminating machine built for mid-to-large industrial display bonding.

A sealed vacuum cylinder creates the bonding environment: the cylinder’s inner membrane presses down under controlled pneumatic pressure, bringing the two display layers into complete, uniform contact. The result is a fully laminated display stack with no air gap, no internal reflection, and no residual bubbles — critical for display assemblies destined for industrial, automotive, or HMI end-use.

Vacuum Environment — Eliminates Air Entrapment Bonding takes place inside a sealed vacuum chamber. Removing the air layer between the cover glass and display panel eliminates double-layer reflections and prevents dust or moisture from entering the display stack — a requirement cited across the industry for any optical bonding application.
