The machine’s defining feature is its upper roller press mechanism: a precision pressure roller mounted above the work platform travels across the substrate surface, applying controlled, even bonding pressure from edge to edge. This distributes force uniformly across the full working area, eliminating the pressure concentration points associated with flat-plate press lamination and enabling bubble-free, wrinkle-free bonding on flexible and rigid film materials alike.

The lower platform is driven by a servo motor, delivering high-speed, high-repeatability positioning on every cycle. The upper platform operates by cylinder control, providing fast, consistent roller engagement and release. Together, these drive systems achieve a production cycle of 6 seconds (excluding manual substrate loading time), supporting high daily throughput on continuous production shifts.

① Upper Roller Press Mechanism The upper roller design distributes bonding pressure evenly across the entire working area during each lamination stroke. Unlike flat-plate press systems, the roller applies force progressively from one edge to the other, expelling air ahead of the bond line and preventing entrapment. Different upper-roller and working-platform configurations are available to accommodate different product structures and lamination requirements.

② Servo Motor–Driven Lower Platform The lower platform advances and retracts under servo motor control, providing high positional repeatability (±0. 05 mm control axis accuracy) and smooth, programmable motion profiles. Servo control eliminates the positional drift that accumulates in pneumatic-only drive systems over long production runs, ensuring consistent bonding stroke length across thousands of cycles.

③ Dual Vacuum Adsorption Platforms Both upper and lower platforms use vacuum adsorption to secure substrates and film materials during bonding. Upper platform vacuum hole pitch: 10 × 10 mm, Ø1. 5 mm. Lower platform vacuum hole pitch: 10 × 10 mm, Ø1. 5 mm. The vacuum system is built into the machine — no external vacuum generator is required.

④ Corner Positioning Registration Substrate alignment is achieved through corner positioning guides. This mechanical registration system places the substrate consistently at the correct bonding position before each cycle, ensuring repeatable film placement without optical alignment hardware.

⑤ PLC + Touchscreen HMI Control All motion parameters, pressure settings, vacuum timing, and recipe data are managed through a PLC controller with colour touchscreen HMI. Parameter adjustment is performed directly on the touchscreen interface. Multiple product recipes can be stored and recalled, enabling rapid product changeover:

⑥ Aluminium Alloy and Sheet Metal Frame The machine structure uses aluminium alloy profiles and precision sheet metal construction. The fixture platform is manufactured from high-performance, non-deformable materials to maintain geometric stability and preserve accuracy over the equipment service life.

⑦ Pneumatic System with Pressure Regulation The pneumatic system features pressure regulation and throttle control for stable, low-consumption air circuit operation. Working air pressure: 5–7 kg/cm² (≈0. 5–0. 7 MPa) supplied via Ø12 quick-connect fitting.
