The 700×1200 Film Laminating Machine (Model 9TU-M048A)

1. Electric UVW-Platform Y/θ Alignment — Upgrade from Manual Micrometer This is the defining upgrade of the 9TU-M048A versus the smaller 9TU-M068 series. Y-axis and θ-angle alignment is performed via an electrically driven UVW platform rather than manual micrometer adjustment. The UVW platform allows fast, precise correction of lower-platform position before each bonding cycle — improving cycle-to-cycle consistency and reducing operator intervention on Y/θ correction. X-axis coordinates remain auto-set.

2. Dual Servo-Driven Platform — 1200 mm Stroke The upper platform uses a servo motor with 180° automatic center-rotation flip to bring the film substrate from load position to bonding position with ±0.05 mm control-axis repeatability. The lower platform is driven by a servo motor + ball-screw lead-screw system for precise horizontal travel across the full 1200 mm bonding stroke. Equipment repeatability: ±0.15 mm; fitting accuracy: ±0.20 mm.

3. Ø38 mm Wide Roller — Soft-Configurable for Large Films The roller diameter is Ø38 mm with effective length L=786 mm — wider than all smaller models in the JiuTu range. Shore A hardness range is 45–60 (vs 55–60 on smaller models), providing a wider softness range to accommodate different large-format film materials. The lower maximum laminating force of ≤50 kg reflects a deliberately conservative pressure setting appropriate for the scale and fragility of 42-inch class optical films.

4. Dense 10×10 mm Lower Platform Vacuum Grid The lower platform uses Ø1.0 mm vacuum holes at 10×10 mm pitch — identical to the 600×900 model — providing uniform suction distribution across the full 1212×750 mm lower platform area. At 42-inch scale, uniform vacuum clamping across the full substrate area is essential for preventing localised lift during the 1200 mm bonding stroke.

5. Strong/Weak Vacuum Anti-Stretch — 1200 mm Scale The strong/weak vacuum switching system is most critical at the 1200 mm scale: a large OCA or ITO film under fixed high vacuum would experience significant tension differential between its leading and trailing edges as the roller progresses across the full stroke. The dual-stage vacuum switching (strong during clamping, weak during bonding) eliminates this stretch effect, preserving film dimensional accuracy across the entire 1200 mm bonding length.

6. 12-Control-Point Front Panel + Touchscreen HMI The machine features a comprehensive front control panel with 12 labeled control points:
