The lower platform is driven by a servo motor + ball-screw lead-screw system for smooth horizontal travel across the full 900 mm bonding stroke. Both axes maintain equipment repeatability of ±0.15 mm — the same accuracy specification as the 500×700 model, now applied to a 40-inch working envelope.

2. Dense Vacuum Hole Grid — Uniform Adsorption on Large Substrates The lower platform uses a Ø1.0 mm vacuum hole grid at 10×10 mm pitch — 2.25× denser than the 15×15 mm pitch used on smaller models. This tighter spacing provides more uniform vacuum adsorption across the full 630×930 mm lower platform area, reducing the risk of localised substrate lifting or film misalignment during the bonding stroke on 40-inch class panels. The upper platform uses 15×15 mm pitch.

3. Strong/Weak Vacuum Anti-Stretch System — 900 mm Stroke For a 900 mm bonding stroke, film tension management is critical. Roller Lifting with X-Axis Displacement Compensation The roller uses vertical independent lifting with X-axis displacement to eliminate pressure marks at the contact start point — no small-tray vacuum fixture opening/closing action is required. This prevents the leading edge mark that is common in fixed-position roller designs, particularly visible on large glossy optical films.

6. PLC + Touch-Screen HMI — Full Automatic & Manual Modes Full PLC automatic control with a touch-screen HMI provides timing, count, position, and blowing delay management. Both automatic and manual operation modes are available. Product recipe switching: <15 minutes for existing configurations; <30 minutes for new configurations. X-axis auto-set; Y-axis and θ-angle adjusted via micrometer.

7. Hard-Anodized 630×930 mm Platforms — 40-Inch Class Both upper and lower platforms are 630 × 930 mm, manufactured from high-performance non-deforming material with hard-anodized surface treatment.
