The machine adopts a servo-motor-driven upper platform with 180° automatic flip and a servo-driven horizontal lower platform with ball-screw precision movement, providing stable, repeatable bonding cycles at a production rate of 15 seconds per piece (excluding manual loading time). Its strong/weak vacuum switching system on the lower platform actively prevents soft-film stretching and deformation throughout the lamination stroke — a key quality control feature for large-format thin-film materials.
Built on a rigid steel-structure frame with hard-anodized vacuum platforms, the machine is compatible with CLASS 1000 cleanroom environments and can be configured with optional FFU units, ion fans, and safety light curtains for dust-sensitive production requirements.

Key Features

1. Dual Servo-Driven Platform System The upper platform is driven by a servo motor with 180° automatic center-rotation flip — bringing the film substrate from the loading position to the bonding position with precise, repeatable positioning. The lower platform uses a servo motor + ball-screw drive for horizontal linear movement, providing smooth, controlled travel across the full 700 mm bonding stroke. Both axes deliver control-axis repeatability of ±0.05 mm.

2. Strong / Weak Vacuum Switching — Anti-Stretch Technology The lower platform is equipped with a dual-stage vacuum switching system (strong vacuum for secure clamping; weak vacuum during the bonding stroke). This graduated vacuum control prevents soft films — including thin OCA, conductive films, and ITO films — from stretching or deforming under roller pressure across the full 500 × 700 mm working area, preserving dimensional accuracy and eliminating stretch-induced bubble patterns.

3. High-Straightness Polyurethane Roller — Uniform Bonding Pressure The Ø35 × L520 mm polyurethane roller (Shore A 55–60) is supported by bearings at both ends with no idler/back-roller support. Its vertical independent lifting with X-axis displacement compensation eliminates pressure marks at the contact start point. Laminating force is adjustable up to ≤75 kg, and bonding speed is programmable up to <300 mm/s — configurable per product recipe.

4. PLC + Touch-Screen HMI Control Full PLC automatic control with a touch-screen human-machine interface provides clear parameter management including timing, count, position, and blowing delay settings. Automatic and manual operation modes are selectable. Product recipe switching for existing substrates takes <15 minutes; new substrate configurations take <30 minutes.

5. Mechanical Corner Positioning with Micrometer Y/θ Adjustment Substrate alignment uses mechanical corner positioning as the primary registration method. Y-axis and θ-angle fine adjustment is performed via micrometer for precise tilt correction. X-axis coordinates are set automatically. This system achieves a fitting accuracy of ±0.20 mm (excluding material error) and equipment repeatability of ±0.15 mm.

6. High-Flatness, Hard-Anodized Vacuum Platform Both upper (L735×W520 mm) and lower (L725×W520 mm) platforms are manufactured from high-performance, non-deforming material and finished with hard anodizing to resist wear and maintain flatness precision over extended production cycles. Vacuum hole pitch is Ø1.0 mm at 15×15 mm spacing, providing uniform adsorption across large substrate surfaces.

7. Rigid Steel-Structure Frame — CLASS 1000 Compatible The machine base is constructed from heavy-duty steel structure for high rigidity and vibration resistance, supporting precise bonding of thin optical films without platform deflection. Working environment: 25±5°C, humidity 60±5%, cleanliness CLASS 1000. Optional FFU (2 sets), ion fans (2 sets), dust lamp (2 sets), and safety light curtain are available as accessories.

8. Integrated Built-in Vacuum System The machine includes its own integrated vacuum system — no external vacuum pump required. Air supply connects to a standard external air compressor (5–7 kg/cm², Ø12 quick-connect fitting, 1000 L/min consumption).
Why Choose Us

1. Largest Working Area in the JiuTu Film Laminator Range At 500×700 mm effective lamination area, this machine addresses large-format panel production that 300×400 and 400×600 models cannot reach — including panels in the 20–32″ range, automotive multi-screen clusters, and industrial information displays.
2. Dual Servo Drive = Production-Grade Consistency Both upper and lower platforms are servo-motor controlled, delivering positioning repeatability of ±0.05 mm and fitting accuracy of ±0.20 mm cycle after cycle. This level of consistency supports yield-sensitive production environments where each panel carries significant material cost.
3. Strong/Weak Vacuum Anti-Stretch System For large, thin soft films, conventional fixed-vacuum platforms create uneven tension during the bonding stroke — causing bubble patterns and dimensional drift. The dual-stage vacuum switching system on the lower platform eliminates this problem, making it suitable for OCA film, conductive ITO film, and other stretch-sensitive materials.
4. 15-Second Cycle — High Production Efficiency At 15 seconds per piece (excluding loading), the machine supports sustained high-volume production. The servo-driven upper platform’s automatic 180° flip minimises operator dwell time compared to manual flip-plate designs.
5. Cleanroom-Ready, Expandable Configuration The standard machine is compatible with CLASS 1000 environments. Optional FFU clean air units, ion fans, and safety light curtains allow the machine to be upgraded to match stricter cleanroom process requirements without replacement.
