The 1000×1600 Film Laminating Machine

1. Arch-Roller Bonding Mechanism — G+F Large Glass Architecture Unlike flip-plate roller laminators used for smaller panel sizes, this machine uses an arch-shaped polyurethane roller that sweeps progressively across the glass substrate surface. This progressive contact geometry is well-suited for large, rigid glass panels: the arch roller makes tangential contact at each point of its travel across the 1600mm stroke, applying consistent bonding pressure without requiring the glass to move laterally on the platform. The laminating mold is customised per product geometry and purchased separately.

2. Electric UVW Platform — X/Y ±10mm, R ±0.5° The lower platform features a full electric UVW alignment stage with adjustment range of X/Y ±10mm and R ±0.5°. This is the widest alignment range in the JiuTu film laminator range, appropriate for the positional variation inherent in manually loading 65-inch glass panels. Alignment is performed via touch-screen parameter interface — no manual micrometer adjustment required.

3. 7 Integrated FFU Units — Built-In CLASS 1000 Environment Seven Fan Filter Units (FFU) are mounted on the overhead frame structure above the bonding work area, creating a positive-pressure clean-air curtain over the lamination zone. This integrated FFU arrangement provides CLASS 1000 cleanliness at the bonding point without requiring the entire machine to be housed inside a dedicated cleanroom enclosure. FFU is included as standard in the machine configuration (noted in equipment configuration list: “With FFU”).

4. 6 Safety Light Curtains — Industrial Safety at 65-Inch Scale The machine is equipped with 6 sets of safety light curtains (safety gratings) covering all operator access zones around the work area perimeter. At 65-inch panel scale, the loading and unloading zones are large enough that conventional single-point safety switches are insufficient; the distributed light curtain coverage ensures operator protection across the full perimeter.

5. Dual Servo Platforms — Both Axes Both the upper platform (L1950×W1100mm) and lower platform (L1600×W1100mm) are servo motor controlled — a step up from machines where one platform uses pneumatic control. Servo control on both axes provides precise, programmable movement with high repeatability (±0.05mm control-axis, ±0.10mm equipment repeatability) across the full working range.

6. Dense 10×10mm Vacuum Grid — Both Platforms Both upper and lower platforms use Ø1.0mm vacuum holes at 10×10mm pitch — the densest vacuum grid in the JiuTu range, applied consistently across both platforms at this scale. Uniform vacuum distribution across large glass panels prevents localised substrate lift during arch-roller bonding.

7. 15-Control-Point Panel + Touch-Screen HMI The machine features a comprehensive control panel with 15 labeled control points including:

Emergency stop, Start, Flip, Updrafts, Suck down
Positive pressure gauge, Negative pressure gauge, Roller pressure (×2)
Power switch, Emergency switches, Air filter
Touch display (HMI) showing real-time: period, upward/downward suction pressure (KPa), roller pressure (MPa), pallet pressure

8. Steel-Structure Frame — 3500 KG, 20 KW, CLASS 1000 Heavy-duty steel construction, total weight 3500 KG. Power: AC380V / 20KW (three-phase power required — confirm frequency with supplier before installation planning).
